Property Manager Caretaker
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer service-oriented individual to join our team and live on-site as a Property Manager / Caretaker at the Wild River property in Sandstone. This is a part-time position offering approximately 25 hours per week as manager with the convenience of living on-site and receiving a 10% rent discount while employed.
Responsibilities:
- Leasing apartments and conducting tours
- Responding to resident inquiries and concerns
- Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
- Rent collection and basic administrative duties
- Monitoring property appearance and curb appeal
- Working closely with maintenance staff and management
- Ensuring lease compliance and community standards
- Cleaning common areas and hallways
- Light groundskeeping and trash removal
- Monitoring property cleanliness and reporting concerns
- Assisting with seasonal upkeep as needed
- Cleaning common areas
- Keeping sidewalks free of snow / ice
Qualifications:
- Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Experience with Yardi, Rent Café, or similar software is a plus
- Must be able to clear a thorough background check.
