At The Boldt Company, our teams offer a range of Construction Safety Leadership opportunities, from Site Safety Professionals supporting daily field operations to Safety Managers leading planning and execution on complex jobsites and managing third-party safety resources. Across all levels, the work is highly field-connectedsupporting self-perform work, coordinating across craft, project teams, and clients, and integrating safety into how work is planned and executed on site. This is a visible, hands-on role where you're present in the field, helping teams solve problems and execute work safely in real time.

The anticipated salary range for this position is dependent on overall experience. Our range of $80,000 - $125,000 spans from Safety Specialist to Senior Safety Manager levels. In other words, Let's talk! Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, construction management, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Entry / Specialist: 1-3 years of safety experience within the construction industry.
• Safety Manager: 5+ years of experience within the construction industry
• Senior Levels: 7+ years of experience within the construction industry and demonstrated experience managing people.
• Proven experience managing core project delivery (financials, schedules, forecasting, and execution)
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
• Ability to lead teams, build trust with stakeholders, and drive consistent project results
• Broad understanding of construction operations and project delivery practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite
• A valid driver's license may be required; subject to Motor Vehicle Records review for business travel
• Willingness to travel domestically to support projects and teams.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to advanced management or technical training (more critical at senior/executive levels)
• Application of lean practices and continuous improvement approaches within project delivery
• Expanded leadership responsibilities, including mentoring teams and developing future leaders
• Increased involvement in multi-project oversight, client relationship management, and business development (Senior PM ? Executive progression)
• Deepening understanding of complex project environments, including scaling from single-project ownership to broader operational leadership

Yes. 75 - 100% travel will be required for these positions
