Hiring for Assemblers – Entry Level & Skilled (1st & 2nd Shift)

Location: Lancaster, PA

Pay: $17.75 – $24.00/hour

Immediate Interviews Available!

• In-person or virtual interviews available same day
• Start classes every Monday & Wednesday
• 40-hour work weeks with every other Friday off

Shift Options

1st Shift:

• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Every other Friday off

2nd Shift:

• 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Thursday)
• Training on 1st shift for first month
• $1.50/hour shift differential

Job Overview

This Assembler position supports the aerospace & military division , manufacturing high-precision aluminum heat pipes used in advanced thermal management systems.

You will assist with:

• Assembly and Machine operation
• Sanding and polishing
• Heat Pipe Cleaning 
• Detailed inspection and testing of high-value components

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and inspections, including leak testing and quality checks
• Operate saws to cut aluminum pipes to exact specifications
• Learn and perform pipe bending processes following work instructions
• Assemble and clean aluminum heat pipes per strict specifications
• Sand and polish components with high attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist machine operators with setup and operation
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail (especially with small or precision parts)
• Experience in assembly, machining, or precision work
• Reliable work history and strong attendance
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards
• Strong teamwork, communication, and dependability

Preferred Qualifications

• Machine shop experience
• Experience with brazing, soldering, or metal joining
• Background in assembly, inspection, or machine operation
• Ability to perform repetitive hands-on tasks (sanding, polishing)
• Willingness to learn and cross-train

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
