Junior Level Litigation Attorney

Trembly Law Firm is looking for a talented Junior Level Litigation attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join one of its stellar litigation teams as a strong advocate and ally for businesses and business owners in business litigation cases. This attorney will be reporting directly to their assigned Litigation POD Leader. Types of Cases We Handle Our Litigation Teams regularly represents businesses and employers in a variety of matters. Many of our cases include high stakes internal governance disputes, contractual disputes, noncompete matters, employment defense, and many others. Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications Experience in business and commercial litigation, especially partnership disputes, derivative claims, non-compete litigation, etc. Experience preparing for and conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings Experience with motions practice Moot court or Trial Team participation C.L.I. experience Bench trial experience Jury trial experience Top 10% of graduating class from law school Have familiarity with Apple products (iMacs and MacBooks) #J-18808-Ljbffr Florida Bar Foundation the
