Highlights Location: Iselin, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Develop a plan of care with strategies and interventions to attain expected outcomes. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Implement age and disease-specific care in an organized manner. Perform continuous Point-of-Care electronic documentation. Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes and initiate interventions as needed. Requirements Education: Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required; BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three years of hire. Experience: Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program. Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse license in New Jersey. BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire.
