Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Green Bay, WI

Shifts will vary between 7:00am and 9:00pm, working both weekdays & weekends.

Schedules Available: Casual (0-20 hours per week) and Part time with benefits (30-35 hours per week)

Specific Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, professional therapeutic services including:
  Swedish massage
  Deep tissue massage
  Reflexology
  Hydrotherapy
• Guide guests through their spa journey by thoughtfully introducing available services, retail products, and amenities
• Engage in clear, attentive communication to fully understand each guest's individual needs and wellness goals prior to every service
• Provide personalized, genuine recommendations designed to enhance each guest's overall wellness, beauty, and relaxation experience
• Maintain strong knowledge of all spa products and deliver accurate, confident guidance within your area of expertise
• Create a customized wellness card for each guest, highlighting three curated product recommendations to support their at-home self-care routine

Skills/Requirements

• Must hold a valid Massage Therapy License in the State of Wisconsin.
• Previous spa or massage therapy experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated new professionals eager to grow their skills.
• Sunday availability is prioritized to support our guest experience during peak times.

The competitive commission range for this position is based on percent of individual sales plus hourly rate for any training or administrative work. The specific commission earned may be influenced by a variety of factors.
