The Role:
Location: Flagstaff, AZ 86001
Assignment duration: 12/21/2026 - 12/27/2026
Shift Type: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Cases: General Radiology coverage for the ER with occasional basic fluoroscopy; dates of need include Dec 21-24 (or Dec 21-25 or Dec 21-27); expected reads for locum coverage 70-80 per day (permanent staff 100/day)
In-hospital reads only - remote is not an option
Requirements: Active AZ License or IMLC, BC in Radiology, BLS, & DEA
