What You’ll Be Doing: Perform general bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records. Support day‑to‑day office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently. Answer phones, greet visitors, and serve as a professional first point of contact. Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative activities. Assist leadership with scheduling, document preparation, and special projects. Maintain organized files, records, and company documentation. Provide additional administrative support as needed to help the growing team succeed. Salary up to $60,000 , depending on experience. Hybrid schedule with 2 work-from-home days each week . Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role. Experience with general bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting systems. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. Professional demeanor with a customer‑service mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
