You will support access control, manage badge-related activities, observe entry points, and communicate clearly while providing outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $14.86 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
  Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with access control systems and badge management. Experience in environments where security protocols are essential is preferred.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
  Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, email communication, data entry, and utilizing company software.

• Customer Service Experience (B219):
  Candidates should possess prior customer service experience. This includes effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, escalating unusual activity or concerns according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering calls, providing directions, receiving deliveries, and documenting security-related incidents and activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
