Job Skills / Requirements

SAFETY SECURITY OFFICER

Location: Patagonia, AZ

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | All Days, including at least one weekend day | 12-hour shifts


ARIZONA UNARMED GUARD CARD REQUIRED

We are seeking professional and dependable Security Officers to support security operations at a Patagonia, AZ location.

This is a site dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and compliance . Officers are expected to consistently follow established safety protocols, security procedures, and site requirements while maintaining a professional and attentive security presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Monitor and control access to the site
• Verify authorized personnel and visitors in accordance with site procedures
• Monitor site activity and identify potential safety or security concerns
• Follow all established safety, security, and emergency protocols
• Observe and report unusual activity, incidents, and security concerns
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain professional communication with employees, visitors, and site personnel
• Consistently follow company and client policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required
• Previous security experience preferred
• Access control experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow detailed safety and security procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a highly safety-focused environment

SCHEDULE

All days | Full-Time | One weekend day required | 12-hour shifts

$22.00 per hour

Officers are expected to maintain the site's high standards for safety, security, professionalism, and compliance while consistently following all established protocols and procedures.
