• Join an established practice with a diverse case mix covering only one hospital location
• Block scheduling for surgical cases, flexible schedule options
• Urolift and Robotics training preferred - New da Vinci X1 Surgical System
• Skilled Advanced Practice Providers support practice
• Teaching opportunities in our residency programs affiliated with the Indiana School of Medicine
• Practice supported by a regional referral base of 240,000
• Epic EMR and UroNav
Compensation Information:
• Generous compensation, upper $500-600K base with RVU bonus structure, along with a comprehensive benefit program
• $150,000 sign on bonus plus early signing/stipend and loan repayment options
• Paid relocation up to $10,000
• PTO 31 days and 5 days/$5000 for CME
• 401a and 403b retirement options and malpractice coverage with tail
• Engaged Physician Board that collaborates with Administration to promote collegiality
