We are hiring a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice Electrician who is ready to continue developing their skills in a service‑based environment. This position is a great fit for someone who is coachable, dependable, and eager to learn from experienced electricians. You will assist with a variety of residential and commercial service jobs while gaining valuable hands‑on experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial electrical service work Help troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems Support Journeyman Electricians on service calls and projects Assist with outlets, lighting, ceiling fans, panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, and related work Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain clean and safe job sites Use company software for job notes and documentation as needed Continue learning and developing toward full licensure Qualifications 3rd or 4th year apprentice preferred Minimum 3–4 years of apprentice electrical experience Active apprentice electrician registration/license required Enrollment in electrical school is a plus Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon a conditional job offer Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Pay and Benefits Full‑time, W‑2 Employment Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience IRA with company match Paid sick time Paid holidays Medical stipend available after the eligibility period Long‑term growth opportunity Supportive team environment Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional overtime opportunities.
