Senior Logistics SpecialistLittleton, Massachusetts, United StatesResponsibilities:Prepare and process all shipping paperwork, including bills of lading, packing slips, and compliance documentsCoordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to schedule pick-ups, arrange transportation, and ensure timely deliveriesInvestigate and resolve shipping delays, damages, and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions as neededEnsure adherence to all regulatory, customs, and hazardous materials shipping requirementsMaintain accurate shipping, cost, and tracking records; participate in cycle counts and auditsOversee custom crating and packagingTrack key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze logistics data, and report findings to managementProvide guidance and training to logistics team members and new hiresCollaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to streamline operationsSupport warehouse logistics, site tooling tracking, and other functions as neededMust Haves:5+ years of experience in shipping or logistics operations, preferably in medical device manufacturingProficiency with ERP systems requiredPrevious Forklift experience requiredKnowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations and trade compliance requiredDOT and IATA certifications preferredExperience handling hazardous materials (HAZMAT) preferred
