Anchor Cleaning is looking for a motivated, professional account representative to help us build relationships with local businesses and commercial property decision-makers.

This is a flexible, commission-based role focused on identifying commercial cleaning opportunities, starting conversations, and helping Anchor connect with businesses that may need recurring cleaning, backup coverage, or a better vendor option.

This is not a hard-sell role. Our approach is  Diagnose → Advise . That means we focus on understanding how a business currently handles cleaning, what is working, what may be getting missed, and whether Anchor can actually help.

The right person is comfortable talking to business owners, office managers, property managers, and local decision-makers. Prior sales experience is helpful, but professionalism, confidence, follow-through, and the ability to hold a real conversation matter more.

Internally, we think of this role as an account development role. The goal is to identify commercial cleaning opportunities, start quality conversations, and help Anchor understand whether we can actually help.

This is a commission-based role. There is no base salary. Compensation is 30% of the first month’s revenue for accounts you help close, plus 10% recurring commission for months 2–18. Earnings vary based on account activity and closed recurring contracts.

We train you on our facility assessment process and how to identify qualified opportunities. Compensation rewards real account movement, booked opportunities, and closed recurring clients, with commission paid for up to 18 months.
