department and provide support for any projects assigned by department

leadership.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily tasks of an environmental services tech
• Point of contact between evening shift and dept leadership
• Point of contact for vendors when supervisor not available
• Point of contact for BCBSKS employee requests
• Fulfill supply requests for team members while keeping accurate

operational needs.

• Complete detailed inspections and reports on floor conditions
• Responsible for team schedules and assignments if supervisor is not

What you need

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to read and comprehend hazardous material safety

• Great communication and organizational skills
• General knowledge of equipment and chemicals used in Environmental

• Respond to and resolve team issues in a professional manner when

Education And Experience

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience of 2 years in Environmental Services or housekeeping

Driver's license requiredPrior leadership experience preferred

Physical Requirements Ability to complete physical work including standing for long periods,

lifting up to 20 lbs., kneeling, etc. Must be able to position yourself

to stoop, bend, stretch, inspect objects in high places, be i a

stationary position, vacuum, and move arms for up to 5 hours at a time.

Exposure to dust and cleaning compounds.

Compensation

\$20.96- \$26.20

Non- Exempt Grade 11
