The Practice Arrowhead Family Health Center – Fontana, California Arrowhead Family Medical Group, Inc.. is a medical group practice located in Fontana, CA that specializes in Family Medicine. Two procedure rooms, 30 exam rooms, and three consult rooms. Services offered at this facility include Preventative Medicine, Family Health Planning, Women's Health – OB/Gyn, well-child visits, Immunizations, and Patient Family Education.
