Senior Director, Customer & Patient Engagement

AstraZeneca seeks a Senior Director to lead omnichannel customer and patient engagement strategy for the US Oncology Business Unit. The role involves developing cross-channel HCP and patient journey initiatives, managing a team, and collaborating across functions to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of omnichannel marketing strategy and roadmap for US Oncology Business Unit
- Develop omnichannel processes, business requirements, and media/channel strategies with cross-functional partners
- Manage team budget and direct reports; oversee delivery of integrated omnichannel campaigns
- Drive omnichannel analytics, performance measurement, and innovation in marketing engagement
- Collaborate with Business Excellence, franchise teams, and external agencies to embed omnichannel resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years leading digital marketing, consumer marketing, or strategic planning capability
- 15+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience may substitute for bachelor's degree
- Agile project management experience, preferably SCRUM, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong oral and written communication with interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams with strategic vision and operational planning
- Experience managing complex projects concurrently and simplifying complexity for organizational alignment
Compensation: $231,988.80–$347,983.20 base
