Job Title: Tow Truck Driver
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Atlanta, GA . This role involves safely operating a tow truck to assist stranded motorists, transport vehicles, and provide roadside assistance. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and has experience in vehicle recovery and towing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a flatbed or wrecker tow truck to tow or recover vehicles
Respond to dispatch calls for roadside assistance, accident recoveries, and vehicle transportation
Secure and transport vehicles without damage, following company and state regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in stressful situations
Perform basic roadside assistance such as jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery
Maintain accurate records of towed vehicles, mileage, and service reports
Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures to ensure a smooth and secure tow
Perform routine truck inspections and maintenance checks

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Georgia CDL or tow truck operator license (preferred)
Towing certification (Towing and Recovery Association of America - TRAA) or ability to obtain
Prior experience as a tow truck driver or in roadside assistance (preferred)
Clean driving record with no major violations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
