Site Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our workforce and management, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a professional and supportive environment. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that requires a blend of administrative precision and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Coaching: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance, conducting coaching sessions, and offering formal counseling to ensure performance and behavior align with company standards. Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with department managers and employees to resolve issues, address staffing needs, and improve workplace morale. Attendance & Reporting: Run daily attendance reports, track trends, and ensure all timekeeping data is accurate for payroll processing. Onboarding & Orientation: Assist with the integration of new hires by facilitating orientations, explaining company policies, and ensuring a warm welcome. Data Management: Execute high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy; maintain digital personnel files and ensure all necessary documentation is correctly attached and filed. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personnel information and private company data with the highest level of integrity and discretion. Qualifications Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and empathetically with diverse groups of people. Administrative Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with HRIS or ATS platforms. Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for data entry and file organization. Problem-Solving: Ability to stay calm under pressure and find solutions for staffing or behavioral challenges. Reliability: Consistent attendance and a professional presence are non-negotiable. Additional Skills and Experience Smoke-free work environment. Multi-tasking – 2 years of experience preferred. Verbal communication – 2 years of experience preferred. Office support – 2 years of experience required. Years of experience: 2 years. Experience level: Experienced. Education High School (required). Compensation & Benefits Salary: $24 - $26 per hour. Shift: Second (11 AM - 7:30 PM). Work hours: 11 AM - 7:30 PM. Education: High School. Pay is based on education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, and other factors.
