Well established and fast growing multi entity organization targeting a Controller to join the team! Compensation up to 160K + 15% Bonus (185k all in potential) LOCATION: Woodland Hills, CA (Onsite)- occassional weekends as needed- can take subsequent time off if overtime worked

POS (Aloha), Sage Intacct (recently implemented), Paycom, MarginEdge (AP) Preferred: Sage Intacct; Paycom experience is a plus About the Company The company is a rapidly growing, multi-unit hospitality organization. Position Overview This individual will oversee daily accounting operations and play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across a multi-location environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, cash management, and fixed assets Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial variance analyses Partner cross-functionally with operations and FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Support external audits, internal audits, and tax-related processes Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability Mentor and develop accounting staff, as applicable Assist with strategic initiatives including M&A activity and potential IPO readiness Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA (active or in progress) strongly preferred

STRONG TENURE IN PRIOR ROLES
