Dental Floor Supervisor: Lead Back Office & Patient Care

Western Dental is hiring a Floor Supervisor to lead back-office staff, coordinate scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, and ensure patient satisfaction through strong team leadership. You will supervise 8–12 team members, manage patient flow, ensure sterilization and compliance with OSHA and Dental Board policies, and participate in monthly operations meetings.
