Shannon Taylor For Va: Finance Associate

Shannon Taylor's campaign for Congress in Virginia's 1st District is seeking a Finance Associate to join our team in Richmond, VA. This full-time, entry-level position will support our finance program including call time and follow-up, donor outreach, and fundraising event execution and play an integral role in flipping VA-01, a red-to-blue seat critical to Democrats taking back the U.S. House.

Responsibilities:

Help manage elements of the campaign's call time program from start to finish conducting donor research to identify prospects, staffing call time with the candidate, and tracking pledges and contributions
Oversee data management to ensure accurate and timely records of all contacts
Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, including logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-up
Assist Finance Team with other projects as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail
Great interpersonal skills, and a positive and thoughtful attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and proactively
Experience with Excel, NGP8, ActBlue, or CallTimeAI is beneficial, but not required
