If you've owned ERP and EDI in a manufacturing or distribution environment and want to build a technology function from the ground up, this is worth a look.
I'm partnering with a PE-backed food manufacturing platform hiring its first in-house head of technology — an ownership role, not a maintenance role.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the ERP platform (NetSuite) and EDI across multiple plants
- Manage the third-party IT provider and drive the outsource-versus-insource roadmap
- Support technology from the corporate office to the plant floor
- Own the IT budget and build-out plan as the company grows through acquisition
What We're Looking For:
- Deep hands-on ERP and EDI experience in manufacturing or distribution — NetSuite preferred, not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Onsite in Miami Lakes; occasional travel to out-of-state plants
- Still hands-on: comfortable with everything from infrastructure to a plant-floor scan gun
