Your Team, Your ImpactEnterprise Business Applications group is responsible to implement and support various applications and tools to support business requirements.What You Can ExpectDesign and develop the company’s integrated business unit financial planning solution, leveraging the data warehouse master data framework to streamline forward-looking business dataLead engineering business process discovery and map current processes to standard reporting frameworksEnable scenario modeling for key financial planning areas, including long-term demand, product development, product cost, headcount, and financialsDesign and tune database applications to deliver high-performance response for thousands of daily system usersOwn and continuously improve the user-facing planning tools used by business managers and financial analysts, driving adoption and adaptability to changing requirementsProvide technical leadership for the extended team and set standards for application development and change controlUse MS Office, Power BI, and AI tools to support business analysts and executive reportingApply AI/ML and GenAI capabilities to planning and analytics (including AI agents, forecasting, and automation) to reduce manual effort and improve decision-makingPartner with data science and engineering teams to productionize AI-enabled solutions with strong governance, accuracy, and explainabilityCreate and maintain documentation for application design, business processes, and change control standardsWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience developing planning solutions for global semiconductor companies, with knowledge of semiconductor business processes, especially engineering project managementDemonstrated work with multiple DBMS platforms and data processing technologies, including SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Databricks and related integration tools; experience capturing user-managed data into the analytics platformAnalytics-specific experience: externalizing business logic for agile change control, identity and role management in an integrated data warehouse, and aligning schemas to segregate business process workloadsExcellent query performance tuning knowledge5+ years integrating business intelligence tools (MS Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and other analytic query tools) with data warehouse foundationsUnderstanding of enterprise data architecture concepts and integrating data across the company’s application landscapeExperience with data quality management and semantic knowledge solutions, including exception reporting, data dictionaries, and catalogingExperience applying AI/ML or GenAI in an analytic context, including AI agents, is a strong plusThis position will begin as an individual contributor but may include supervisory responsibilities as the team grows; experience managing junior technical staff is highly preferredSemiconductor-specific industry experience highly preferredExpected Base Pay Range (USD)138,840 - 208,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
