Board Certified Behavior AnalystRockwood is a Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm Applied Behavior Analysis clinic that offers private education along side the therapy services. We are dedicated to providing our clients the individualized therapy they need to achieve academic success and personal growth.Responsibilities and Duties of a BCBAConduct skills assessments using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, Socially SavvyAssess students that require Functional Behavior Assessments and associated screening toolsDeliver appropriate treatment recommendations based on ethical guidelines outlined by the BACBCreate and adjust plans for students who require specific behavior interventionsParticipate in education and training programs for students, families, or community groupsMentor BHTs, RBTs, and teachers by overseeing their work and professional developmentCoordinate care with members of the student's teamsParticipate in required and other job-related professional development to improve or maintain certification/skillsBecome proficient in use of EMR (Central Reach) and maintain client recordsAdditional duties or tasks to be completed as assignedJob TypeFull-timeRate of Pay$60,000 - 65,000 annually depending on prior experience.Benefits offered to regular staff after initial probationary period.Health (Medical, Dental, Vision)HSA savingsLifePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysPaid TrainingRequirementsAble to regularly work 25-40 hours per weekReliable transportationMust have or be able to obtain by hire a class 1 fingerprint clearance card.Must abide by company policies and procedures and sign confidentiality and non-compete agreement.Employees must be able to verbally communicate in English. Bilingual a plus.Must be willing to work in clinic or 1:1 in clients homes.Minimum Qualifications to succeed as a BCBAMaster's degree in psychology, education, speech language, applied behavior analysis, or relatedCurrent licensed and certified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, or 2-3 months away from sitting for examMust have or be capable of completing First Aid/CPR training within 90 days of hireMaintain a clear criminal recordPhysical Demands:A BCBA must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods of time)Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 75 lbs.)Reasonable accommodations can be provided to assist or enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position, upon request.
