The ideal candidate will have strong ICU experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to manage complex critically ill patients independently. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and changes in clinical status. Administer medications, treatments, and critical-care interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols. Monitor patients requiring advanced medical and intensive-care support. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies. Provide patient- and family-centered care.
