Case Setup & Claims Specialist

Kisner Law is a growing personal injury law firm looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to help us get new cases set up the right way from day one. This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to break into the legal field — no prior legal experience required. We will train you. What You’ll Do: Call insurance companies to open new claims Send Letters of Representation (we’ll show you how) Gather claim details (claim numbers, adjusters, coverage info) Enter and update information in CasePeer Help ensure each case is organized and ready for the team Is organized and detail-oriented Is comfortable on the phone Communicates clearly and professionally Learns quickly and takes initiative Wants to grow in a legal or professional environment Why This Role Matters: You’ll be the first step in every case — making sure nothing falls through the cracks and helping set our clients up for success.
