Customer Service Assistant –Full-Time Milwaukee, WI

Earn 1,200–1,800 per week Uncapped Performance Bonuses

We're expanding our retail promotions team in Milwaukee and are looking for ambitious individuals to help drive customer acquisition and brand growth through face-to-face interactions in high-traffic retail environments.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact between customers and our clients' brands. You'll proactively engage shoppers, create interest in current promotions, and help convert customer interactions into successful registrations and acquisitions.

Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop valuable sales, communication, and business skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and interact with customers in busy retail locations
• Present products, services, and promotional offers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Generate interest and identify sales opportunities through effective communication
• Build rapport quickly and understand customer needs
• Guide customers through registration, application, or sign-up processes
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
• Accurately record customer information and activity
