Leasing Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to support leasing performance and resident experience at a stabilized multifamily community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is energized by connecting with people, closing leases, and contributing to a high-performing team. This position plays a critical role in driving occupancy, revenue, and first impressions of the community. Key Responsibilities Drive leasing activity by engaging prospects, conducting tours, and closing leases Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to convert leads into residents Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through move-in Maintain accurate records in property management systems (RealPage) Support marketing efforts, including online reputation and lead generation Assist with resident communication and retention efforts Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies Contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven environment What Success Looks Like Strong conversion ratios and consistent leasing performance Positive prospect and resident interactions Accurate and timely documentation Contribution to overall occupancy and revenue goals Reliability and consistency in daily execution Requirements Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Results-oriented with a focus on closing and follow-through Basic knowledge of Fair Housing (or willingness to learn) Experience with RealPage or similar systems preferred Work Environment Onsite role with availability during standard office hours, including weekends Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Physical requirements include walking, standing, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs Compensation Hourly Rate: $17.00 – $20.00/hour Uncapped Commission Potential : Up to $1,100/month+ Performance-driven earning opportunity tied to leasing success Equal Opportunity Employer PRAXM is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr PRAXM Management LLC
