This is a retail positionnot a restaurant or fast-food job. fit-flavors product is fresh, chef-crafted meal prep, and our storefronts are designed to provide a polished, personalized retail experience.

You'll get to know our customers, understand their goals and preferences, make personalized recommendations, and create the kind of experience that keeps them coming back.

At our Creve Coeur location, we also offer a smoothie and protein shake bar. As part of the role, you'll prepare our smoothies and protein shakes for customers. No prior smoothie-making experience is requiredwe provide thorough training on our recipes, equipment, preparation process, and standards so you can feel confident serving customers.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional, personalized customer service
• Build relationships and create a welcoming retail experience
• Learn our meal prep products and make confident recommendations
• Prepare smoothies and protein shakes at our Creve Coeur location
• Process purchases and keep the storefront clean and organized
• Create an experience that keeps customers coming back

Career Growth Retail Customer Experience Specialists start at $17/hour, with earning potential up to $21/hour. Top performers can advance to Lead Hospitality Specialist at $19/hour, with earning potential up to $23/hour.

4-Day Workweek Enjoy a mostly consistent schedule with three weekday shifts and one weekend shift.

Schedule

4-day workweek with a mostly consistent schedule

• 3 shifts MondayFriday: 9:40 AM7:15 PM
• 1 shift Saturday or Sunday: 9:40 AM6:15 PM
• Creve Coeur schedule: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Flexibility is required. Team members are assigned within a district and must be willing to work at different fit-flavors locations as needed.
