Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Encompass Health seeks a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead respiratory care services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will supervise a team of respiratory therapists, oversee ventilator management and complex respiratory treatments, and collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and rehab disciplines to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will coordinate staffing, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, mentor clinicians, and drive performance and quality initiatives in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
