Requirements
- License: Physical Therapy License
- Experience: Preferred 1+ years, open to new grads
- EHR: NextGen
- Skills: Case Management, applicable evaluation/assessment methods such as Fall Risk Assessment, and ortho/neuro skills including but not limited to Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain-Post Operative, Concussion, and Total Joint Replacement.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Compliance / Notes
Dress Code: Business Casual
Productivity Expectations: Minimum of 11 visits per day; 55 per week with units billed in line with clinic/region.
