Evaluate, grade, sort, weigh, and repackage fresh produce into original or replacement containers. Maintain consistent product workflow by loading and offloading cases onto pallets in the Re-pack area. Building pallets and tagging them appropriately with labels. Working cooperatively with other team members. Cleaning and putting away supplies after each shift. Other duties may be assigned. What We Look For... Good oral and written communication skills (ability to read and write in English, as is affected by direction and paperwork). Attention to detail and ability to differentiate quality levels of various products. Must be able to work in a consistently cold environment (between 45-50 degrees). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis. Ability to stand at a sorting station table for most of the shift. Available to work overtime and weekends. Ability to meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner. Ability to multitask. Must be team oriented. What You'll Gain...
