We’re in search of a detail-oriented real estate operations manager to oversee our daily operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure our business runs efficiently. You’ll be responsible for updating MLS listings, assisting with contracts, and scheduling team meetings.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $85,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Track office expenses, do basic bookkeeping, and maintain the monthly budget
• Keep office well stocked and order supplies as needed, as well as maintaining office equipment
• Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
• Arrange for team meetings, appointments, and travel
• Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop off, and any other necessary materials

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required
• Real estate license is a bonus
• Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel
