Real Estate Capital Markets Finance Associate Job ID: 2129 Position: Associate (Level 4+) Location: Miami Job Function: Legal Holland & Knight’s Real Estate Capital Markets practice is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial real estate financing and investment matters, including representing lenders in the origination of mortgage loans and other types of structured debt, workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans, and other real estate transactions, such as purchases and sales of commercial property. Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred. Job Requirements: 4-8 years of real estate finance experience. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong academic credentials. Must be licensed or ready to become licensed the state of Florida. This candidate must reside in the Miami area at or prior to the time of hire.
