Property Claims Adjuster

Leveraging property claims and estimating expertise, the full-time Missouri Licensed Property Claims Reviewer will conduct detailed technical reviews of property insurance estimates, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with contractors and insurance partners in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Review, analyze, and revise estimates for medium to large property loss claims using estimating software such as Xactimate Manage an assigned queue of estimates to ensure timely completion and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) Communicate with contractors and insurance representatives to clarify discrepancies and resolve estimate concerns Required qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in property claims estimating or a closely related field Strong proficiency with Xactimate or similar property estimating platforms Active Insurance Adjuster License preferred Strong understanding of flooring systems, water mitigation, roofing, and general construction practices
