Growth Marketing Lead

Marketing Professional
This is a remote position. We're looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can help us generate more qualified B2B leads and build simple, repeatable systems to support growth. You'll work directly with the CEO and have the opportunity to work across different areas of marketing, lead generation, and automation.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing and lead generation strategies
- Generate qualified leads through outbound, email, paid ads, funnels, and other channels
- Create and improve marketing campaigns and messaging
- Test different strategies and identify what works best
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
- Work with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Use marketing tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency
- Work across multiple brands and marketing channels
- Take ownership of growth projects from idea to execution
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in marketing and lead generation
- Comfortable working across different marketing channels
- Hands-on and willing to build and execute campaigns
- Analytical and understands basic marketing metrics
- Resourceful and adaptable—you don't need to know everything, but you know how to figure things out
- Comfortable working independently
- Focused on leads, pipeline, and revenue, not just likes and engagement
Experience Requirements:
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- B2B Marketing
- Growth Marketing
- Demand Generation
- Digital Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- Lead Generation
- Marketing Automation
- Email/Outbound Marketing
Experience with tools such as GoHighLevel, Instantly, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Semrush, CRM platforms, ChatGPT, or Claude is a plus, but not required.
