One of the area's fastest-growing Restaurant Groups is seeking a qualified, professional Executive Chef for an immediate opening.
This is an AMAZING opportunity for a chef who wants to flex their culinary chops and creativity. Benefits and Bonus are available.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Detailed, organized, focused
- Management of hourly staff in maintaining high kitchen standards
- Selection, hiring, and management of new employees
- Ability to maintain budget goals and train staff on best practices
- Demands the best at all times and creates a culture of dedicated teamwork of the highest standards
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of running Upscale Casual restaurants
- Experience with $3 million in annual revenue
- Tenure in a position as an Executive Chef
- Excellent Communicator, Strong Attention to Detail, Business Mindset
- Good Knowledge of Ingredients, Flavors, and Technique
