Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Belleville, IL East

Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels—including in‑person, by appointment, and virtually—to provide the best possible counsel while adopting a digital‑first mindset. Key responsibilities include assessing customer banking needs, obtaining and processing account information, demonstrating and educating clients on available products and services, and recommending solutions tailored to each customer’s unique goals. The role also involves proactive outreach and follow‑up, developing collaborative partnerships with branch team members, opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
