Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting within a Level II Trauma Center at a 379-bed acute care facility
• Maintain a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio in accordance with unit standards
• Float between units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands
• Complete a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling period
• Commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment; module time is non-billable and factored into onboarding hours

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms; locals may be considered under alternative terms
• Must submit all requested time off and scheduling needs at the time of initial submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (charge RNs and leads accepted)
• Background must be clear of Nursys or background check hits per facility policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity ICU environment within an acute care or trauma center setting
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and scheduling expectations
• Flexibility to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location when needed
