Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location : Land O' Lakes, FL 34638

Schedule : M-F, 7am-4pm, onsite

Summary : We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment. This position will primarily focus on payment application and cash posting , ensuring incoming customer payments are accurately and efficiently applied to the appropriate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and apply high-volume customer payments
• Accurately post payments to customer accounts and invoices
• Research and resolve payment application discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AR records and account information
• Work within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for AR processing

Key Qualifications:

• Previous Accounts Receivable and payment application/cash application experience
• Experience working in a high-volume environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred
• SupplyPro experience is highly preferred and a major plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of AR or administrative experience required.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
