Financial Operations & Reporting
- Produce clean, accurate, timely financials and dashboards
- Deliver a Monthly Executive Financial Summary with insights, trends, risks, and recommendations
- Ensure revenue integrity, payer tracking, and capture of every dollar earned
- Maintain data accuracy across DigiChart, AdvancedMD, and financial systems
- Identify and correct system failures before they become problems 3.

- Own and facilitate the Finance L10 (EOS)
- Provide clarity, direction, and accountability to the Finance team (Finance Director, Billing Manager, Data Analyst, AP/Compliance, Accountant)
