ServiceNow Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and IT services industry, is seeking a Developer to join their team. As a Developer, you will be part of the IT Applications department supporting the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Developer

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $75-$80/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Provide operational user support for ServiceNow, focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), integrations, and Flow Designer.

• Collaborate with platform owners and architects to design, develop, and refine ServiceNow functionalities that meet business objectives.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, design workflows, and deliver consistent support for platform enhancements.

• Champion best practices for ServiceNow development and administration across the organization.

• Stay current with new ServiceNow modules and features to support continuous platform evolution and organizational growth.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in ServiceNow development and administration, especially in ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, and Automated Testing Framework.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.

• Desirable: Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management.

• Bonus: HR Service Delivery certification.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable insights.
