Cortlandt Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team on the Evening Shift . The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations during the evening shift, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the evening shift.

• Ensure quality resident care and timely completion of nursing services.

• Monitor and assess residents' conditions and respond to clinical needs.

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and physician orders.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing team members.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical problem-solving as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.

• Current and active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License .

• Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
