What You'll Do

As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Building trusting relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Supporting residents living with memory loss by providing reassurance, patience, and compassionate care
• Encouraging participation in activities, social engagement, and meaningful daily routines
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Working closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional resident care

Qualifications

We're looking for dependable, compassionate team members who enjoy helping others.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver, Resident Assistant, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP, Nursing Assistant, or in a similar direct care role
• CNA certification is not required
• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, home health, or long-term care is preferred
• Memory Care or dementia care experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate, resident-first approach to care
