Territory Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager – Food & Beverage Company Support local restaurants within your territory and execute a selling strategy to win additional restaurant business. Manage key customer relationships, including customer agreements and partnership expectations. Focus on supporting restaurants, growing brand distribution, and delivering exceptional customer support. Execute U.S. beverages annual priorities. Key Responsibilities Support existing local restaurants in the assigned territory. Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase local restaurant business. Manage customer relationships, agreements, and partnership expectations. Grow brand distribution in the territory and deliver exceptional customer support. Execute annual priorities for U.S. beverages. Qualifications Sales experience preferred but not required. Strong preference for experience in customer service or food & beverage industry. Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record. Own reliable transportation for covering territory. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Compensation & Benefits Salaried role: $72,000–$90,000 per year plus annual bonus potential of $5,000–$12,000. Total on‑target compensation ranges from $78,000 to $102,000 depending on experience. Generous vehicle stipends and mileage reimbursement incentives. Paid training. End‑of‑year bonus. Benefits package available on day one.
