Our mission is to provide Platinum Care with the Grace of Doves—combining dependable, professional care with kindness and compassion in the comfort of home.What We Offer$14–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsPart-time, PRN, weekend, and occasional short-shift opportunitiesFlexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availabilityThoughtful client and caregiver matchingContinuing educationA supportive and accessible leadership teamRecognition and opportunities for growthThe opportunity to help shape the culture and reputation of a new organizationAssignments throughout San Antonio and along the I-35 corridor to New BraunfelsCaregiver ResponsibilitiesDepending on the client’s individualized plan of care, responsibilities may include:Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal-care needsSupporting safe mobility, transfers, and ambulationPreparing meals and assisting with grocery shoppingProviding medication remindersPerforming light housekeeping and laundryAssisting with errands and appointmentsProviding companionship and meaningful engagementEncouraging independence while protecting each client’s dignity and safetyAccurately documenting services providedPromptly reporting changes, concerns, or safety issuesCommunicating professionally with clients, families, coworkers, and agency leadershipArriving on time and reliably completing accepted assignmentsMinimum QualificationsApplicants must:Have at least one year of experience caring for older adultsBe dependable, compassionate, patient, and professionalUnderstand and maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries with clients and familiesRespect client privacy, dignity, preferences, and confidentialityCommunicate clearly and follow instructionsBe able to accurately document care providedHave reliable transportation to assigned clientsPossess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance when driving is requiredBe able to pass all required background, registry, reference, and employment checksBe willing to complete required orientation and ongoing trainingBe able to safely perform the physical responsibilities of assigned casesCNA, Home Health Aide, dementia-care, hospice, facility, or in-home caregiving experience is strongly valued.Important Application RequirementAfter submitting your application, you will receive a Prescreen Survey by email.
