Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70K-85K/yr Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available At OptiMindHealth, we continuously strive to provide consistent, high-quality care and expand the reach of mental health care services in our communities. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines. Maintain at least 32 patient care hours per week for Full-Time status. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings/training. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills. Comfort working with diverse client concerns and ability to maintain appropriate boundaries. Additional Valuable Qualifications: Experience in mental health practice settings. Currently paneled or credentialed with insurance networks.
