We are seeking an experienced, professional, and bilingual Receptionist to join our growing team. As a member of our front desk team, you establish a patient’s first impression both in person and over the phone. Going above and beyond for our patients is a crucial element in making them feel at home, whether they are planning their next visit or spending time with us in the office. In this role we expect you to be friendly, efficient, fast-paced, and team focused.

Requirements:

• Required: minimum one year experience at a medical office Or hospitality settings

• Excellent in customer service.
• Comfortable answering phones, managing schedules, and handling client communications.
• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing a warm, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Greet, check in, and assist clients throughout their visit.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and faxes.
• Checking insurance eligibilities and requesting authorizations.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments while maintaining an organized and efficient provider schedule.
• Assist clients with treatment inquiries and pricing.
• Follow up with leads, prospective clients, and existing patients to help drive bookings and retention.

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, treatment rooms, and common areas throughout the day.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure a seamless and elevated patient experience.
• Assist with additional day-to-day operational duties as needed.
