What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any changes in condition
• Encourage residents to stay active, engaged, and connected through conversation and activities
• Partner with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care
• Promote residents' safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life

What We're Looking For

• A caring, positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
• Availability to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and some holidays
